Apply a promo code

Marketplace vendors may offer promo codes from time to time for discounts on their cloud apps. Follow the instructions below to redeem a discount on an app subscription.

To apply a promo code:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

2. Select Subscriptions from the side navigation.

3. In the subscriptions table, find the app you have a promo code for and select Manage.

4. Select More actions (^…) > Enter promo code.

5. Enter your promo code and select Validate, then select Apply discount.

When the code is validated, you’ll see on the subscription details page that the discount is scheduled to begin at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can override an active promotional discount with a different promo code. To do so, follow the instructions above once more. In step four, select More actions (^…) > Update promo code, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete.
