About Atlassian cloud free trial

We offer trials for all Atlassian cloud products and plans, before purchasing a subscription. When you create a cloud site, you enter a trial period depending on your plan.

Atlassian free plans are limited to 10 users. If the number of users exceeds this limit, you may choose a Standard or a Premium plan — both plans start with a trial period. During your trial, you can explore all the features of the product. To get started with your Atlassian cloud purchase, see Buying Atlassian cloud products.

A Standard plan will give you a 14-day trial period. With a Premium plan, you’ll get a 30-day trial. After your trial ends, your plan will shift to a monthly subscription unless canceled.

Start your cloud trial

  1. Create a cloud site at http://www.atlassian.com. The site URL that you use to create a cloud site will become your production instance after your trial ends.

  2. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
    As a billing admin, you’ll have access to all the billing information for your subscriptions here.

From this screen, you can see all the details of your cloud subscription, and information about when your trial ends and your paid monthly subscription begins.

When your trial expires, you can continue using the product by adding your payment details. If you choose to not add your payment details at the end of your trial, your site will automatically be downgraded to a Free plan.
