Reactivate your subscription

When you cancel a subscription, it is deactivated 15 days after the end of your current subscription period. Your subscription might also get deactivated if you fail to pay for your Atlassian product subscription within 15 days after the payment due date, at which point you will no longer be able to access the product.

Reactivate a canceled subscription

To reactivate a canceled or deactivated product subscription:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

  2. On the Subscriptions page, select the Inactive tab.

  3. Find the subscription you’re looking for and select Reactivate, then follow the on-screen instructions to contact support.

Your product’s data is retained for 15 days (for free products) or 60 days (for paid product subscriptions) after cancellation. If you reactive your canceled subscription within this data retention period, your product's data and preferences will be restored.

At the end of the data retention period, your product’s data will be permanently deleted and can’t be recovered. Read our Data Storage FAQs for more information.
