Supported payment methods

As of March 2022, all users of the new billing and subscription management experience must pay for subscriptions via credit card (Mastercard®, Visa, or American Express).

  • We cannot accept credit card payments for AUD orders.

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to accept payments via Discover cards.

  • Credit card is the only acceptable form of payment for monthly Jira and Confluence cloud subscriptions.

We’re working towards supporting other payment methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, and Net-30. If you’d like to pay using a method that isn’t currently supported, please contact us.

Add a credit card

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

  2. Select Payment method > Add payment method.

  3. Add your credit card information and select Confirm.

Edit or update a saved credit card

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

  2. Select Payment method > Edit payment method.

  3. Make your changes and follow the prompt to Confirm.
