Manage your bill for Standard and Premium plans

Your company is billed for products based on your product plans and the number of users with product access at the end of your billing cycle. You can manage bills for Confluence and Jira products from admin.atlassian.com/billing/.

To access your current billing information:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

  2. Select Subscriptions from the side navigation.

  3. Locate the subscription you want to view billing information for and select Manage.

From here, you’ll see the price estimate for each subscription, your next bill date, and billing cycle information.

Billing admins will receive a preview of their bill three days before the end of a billing cycle.

Product plans

We offer Free and Standard plans for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, and Confluence. For details about each plan, see Jira Cloud plans and Confluence Cloud plans.

To change your product plan:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

  2. Select Subscriptions from the side navigation.

  3. Locate the subscription you want to change plans for and select Manage.

  4. On the Subscription details page, select Change plan and then follow the on-screen instructions to contact support.

To change to an Enterprise plan, fill out our contact form and someone from our team will reach out to you.

You won’t be able to change to a Free plan if:

  • You make annual payments – Contact us to switch to monthly payments so that you can change to Free.

  • More than 10 users have access to the product – Remove product access from users to get down to 10 or less. Afterwards, you can change the plan to Free.

If you're on free trial of a Standard or Premium plan with more than 10 users, reduce users to 10 or fewer before the end of your trial to avoid deactivation. Afterwards, you can change the plan to Free.

Monthly and annual payments

Currently, we only offer the option of monthly payments for your bill. If you want to switch to annual payments, contact us.
